Terms of Use for Ladykiller

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Ladykiller dApp. By using the dApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ladykiller, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and kulik ("Publisher").

2. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.

3. Description of Service

Ladykiller is a decentralized application built for the Solana Mobile ecosystem. It operates as a controlled WebView experience interacting with the Solana blockchain.

4. Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge that:

• Blockchain technology and crypto-assets are subject to high volatility and regulatory uncertainty.
• Transactions on the Solana network are irreversible.
• The Publisher is not responsible for any losses resulting from network failures, smart contract bugs, or lost private keys.

5. User Conduct and Content

If the dApp facilitates User-Generated Content (UGC):

• You agree not to post illegal, violent, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Safety Features: We provide tools to report inappropriate content and block users.
• Reporting: You can report violations directly within the dApp or via email at kulikamelia2007@proton.me.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the dApp for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use the dApp to distribute malware or "deepfakes."

7. Support and Refunds

• Support: The Publisher is solely responsible for providing customer support.
• Refunds: As the "Seller of Record," the Publisher is responsible for all transaction-related queries and refunds. Solana Mobile is not responsible for issuing refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Solana Mobile and its affiliates are not parties to this agreement and bear no liability for the dApp.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the dApp at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
